These 45 vector images show microplastic samples from many different environments under a microscope. The environment each sample was collected from is overlayed on the microscope image of the corresponding sample. They are categorized into five environments; oceans, humans, animals, wastewater, and snow. There are nine microplastic samples per environment, but this is merely a fraction of a fraction in terms of real numbers. Microplastics are already everywhere, we can’t change that fact but if we act now we can mitigate this disaster and lessen the negative effects.
